The service offered by One for Turbine GmbH includes the following criteria:
- Review of the test documentation and assessment based on current knowledge
- Acquisition of operational data
- Structural examinations
- arithmetic service life assessment
The service life assessments are carried out according to the classic rules and guidelines, e.g. According to VGB guideline series TW 507, VGB guideline 512 M, TRD 508
Due to material depletion (material fatigue) of relevant components of the turbine, which arise as a result of the creep and alternating expansion stresses as well as a possible increase in errors during the operating time, are responsible for the service life consumption.
To assess the service life consumption, knowledge of the actual operating conditions as well as the type of starts and load changes are of great importance and these are collected and evaluated by One for Turbine GmbH.
